August 8th evening working diary

On August 8th, it is a very hard day.

I got a big order USD250,000.00 in July, Clinet required very short delivery time for such big order. Finally, our PMC, production department work together finish this order ontime.
But the stubid forwarder(Clinet point this forwarder) make a wrong shipping schedule, until the last minutes inform us they can't get the container form vessel company. Of course, clinet is very angry, of course, as a seller, we must try to find a solution for the clinet. Finally after struggling with the forwarder, they change another vessel to catch up, but there is very very limit time for clear customs, we must finished clear customs out of china in two days, eventhough there are two container to fill it. eventhough the customs maybe possible hold the container for inspection because of high value.

On Aug8th, PM14:00 china time, The forwarder lady confirmed the container will be arrived our factory on PM17:00.  during these three hours, i called her 10 times at least, everytime she promised me: no problem, no problem..... but until PM17:00, she told me there is no truck for pick up container from terminal.  Oh god. are you kidding me? Then i called her that i must packing all the container today, finish.... Until  PM20:30, the container just arrived our factory, then we start packing 20'GP container first, see below photo:


After 45 minutes, we finished packing 20'GP container.

                                                                                          PM21:15, we finished packing 20' container. And 40' HQ cotainer also have the confirmation too. it seems everything goes smooth. But when i called the driver, the driver told me there is traffic jam on the way, he maybe arrived our factory at PM23:00.

                There is no other way, no choice, we only can be waiting, waiting....... Finaly the driver arrived our factory on 40'HQ container at PM23:10. I sent a message to clinet, he is very happy.  And when i told him we will fill this container for him tonight, he is very appreciate, i remembered the message clear from Clinet: kitty, you are a star!!!. I am appreciare it very much!!! Thank you very much!!!

    When i received this message, i am so happy, it is worth, eventhough it is late in china, everybody tired, but it is worth!!!!

According this case, the summary is:

1, You must honest to Clinet, no cheating. if there is change, you must tell the clinet at 1st second, so that to check if there is some other solutions. but not the last minutes. 

2, You must 100% do it for the clinet. he will appreciate.

    that is your service. Service always the 1st factor in the business.

Is outdoor SMD LED display mature?
